Pressganger and Eric had obviously chosen this pub so they could try to be an extra in Midsummer Murders which was being filmed in Warborough on this very day.  There were tents and stalls on the green and they had been warned off going anywhere other than straight ahead from the pub so that they didn't get in shot.  No autograph from John Nettles either (showing my age there!)  We then turned and ran along the north of the green towards Ladybrook Copse.  Zorro had had a drink at the pub before setting off and was very jolly, barging everyone out of his way. We then did a few wiggles and a pointless loop - perfect hash laying, ladies - before heading North West to Lower Grange and South West towards the main road.  We then put in a few more turns before reaching the pub. This was when we noticed Ringer's legs.  They were glowing red.  He had taken a false trail and decided to keep going because he was convinced he would meet the correct trail.  He did, but had to run through waist high nettles.  He is a delicate chap and came out in a terrible rash.  Sitting in the pub garden you could actually hear his legs throbbing!  Nothing else of note happened on the trail but it was a lovely run in beautiful countryside.
The Down down shirts went to Zorro for his bad behaviour on the tail and Epic Fail for his severe hair cut.
The Supergirl pants went to Rubber Sole's Buddy for refusing to let runners past on the trail because she was power walking!
