Run 1147 - The Royal Oak Wantage

A Cruel Joke opened proceedings by explaining that the hash is a place to discuss sport and beer.  Any talk of weddings, food, etc would be severely punished.

The run was glorious and rather warm.  We were joined by Zorro’s niece, Izzy - who is a rather good athlete.  She left most of us standing as she strode by.  How can someone so young, run so fast!

The yellow vests nearly went to Epic Fail for talking on his phone and Dancing Queen for running through the mud.  But actually went to Henry V and Rubber Sole for taking a short cut.  They protested as the short cut was given to them by Hutch, but to no avail.

The green shorts were going to go to St Bernard just because he has never worn them but it was felt that Wee Joker’s joke was so feeble, she should have them.

The paddle was passed to the person who, having arrived late, you would expect to merge into the background, in fact, become invisible to avoid attracting attention.  Instead she had the audacity to attack the carrier at least 4 times trying to steal the paddle!  Although A Cruel Joke felt having a woman in high office was rather concerning he awarded it to Mismatch as she obviously wanted it so much!
